GEAR (Gnutti Excellence Achieving Roadmap)

It is the Group metric to measure the alignment of the plants to our journey towards Operational Excellence.
Gear 1.0, Gear 2.0, Gear 3.0, Gear 4.0, Gear 5.0…the gears are distinct and in progression to allow for an increase in speed, just like our Lean journey where it is not allowed to downshift or enter the rear!
